Re: How can I work out a daily production?
Paul, sorry for the delay. As Dave posted got mine from tradesparky and it's the same as his link, the fox one. I've got a spare tool if you need it. Just drop me a note and I'll pop it in the post. I put mine on the AC line next to the inverter as the PV and battery inverters sit next to each other ...

Re: New installation, not reading any load or grid usage

Re: Current limits
Thanks Calum, I was just coming to the same conclusion. I need to talk to the finance controller. An additional battery should see me through most loads. I sized it on pv capacity, as on a good day I had a spare 7-9 kW, so thought I didn't need more capacity. It's like driving a carafter playing ...

Re: Current limits
I just checked the sheet and it recommends 25A, but says max 50A.
Suspect durability done by fox is probably at the recommended, going higher reduces cycles/battery life.

Re: datalogger online, battery offline, no data
I had the same issue after installing last week. Raise a ticket with fox for firmware update as that fixed mine. Once they do the inverter they can then see the battery versions and should then offer to do this as well. They were quick to respond and it all came online in two days after taking the ...

Current limits
Just getting used to the system, AC1-5.0-E and two ECS4800 batteries. Current Klimt's at 35Amps default setting. When using a lot of power in the evening do cooking etc, the battery output gets clamped at 35A meaning we draw another 2kW from the grid for a period. Is this normal use or can the ...

Re: How can I work out a daily production?
I have a similar question, but more related to the CT2 clamp with the AC1-5.0-E inverter. I added the extra clamp to monitor PV output, the manual suggest to put the arrow towards the house loads, but normally this would point towards power source (as does the grid CT clamp). Having it pointing at ...

Re: Country code
Thank you. Not sure which DNO have assigned, does it make a difference as this is not solar, just battery storage?
