Mobile app - login has expired

Mobile app is not allowing me to login and is always showing login has expired. I have changed password and the I am able to check via desktop version.

I have exactly the same problem. Just started this morning. Bounces back to the login screen with a popup saying "Login has Expired". Website foxesscloud works fine and I can see my system/status through there. I'm glad I'm not the only one seeing this. Must be a server issue.

Yes, I have this too in the v2.0 app. The original app still works.

Same, can't log in. Says log in expired. Tick terms and conditions and then just bounces back.

Had similar problem but after multiple tries it now works on my Iphone

The V2 app has been having problems on and off today - Fox appear to be working on the servers.

I hope they don’t fix it because it seems that whilst the Fox app is broken the Energy Stats app is working again during the daytime!!

I'm having the same problem today; web site works normally, as does old version of app, but new version of app either says I am off-line, or refuses to let me log in.

I have the same problem with FoxCloud2.0. Just started yesterday. Bounces back to the login screen with a popup saying "Login has Expired". Foxcloud app V1 works fine as does website foxesscloud and I can see my system/status through those two.

Had the same problem earlier (make plant). Left it alone for a while and it reset itself. Think they are messing around with the servers.

This update just posted by Fox ESS on the V2 app

From other users I believe that Energy Stats is still working well
