I would guess the CT isn't enabled on the inverter or the ct placement is wrong. Thanks for taking the time to suggest that. Nothing has changed with the installation - the CT seems fine - is set correctly and when the "check CT" function is used, it reports as being connected. Appreciate the ...

In case it helps anyone else - I've been in touch with Fox Uk who were very helpful (refreshing these days!) and it turns out that the installer has put the CT clamp the wrong way around. It's pointing to the meter as it should be, but perhaps it's reversed at the other end - who knows - I've ...
