Might be worth checking that the inverter is set to on grid in the menu it might be set to off grid. Also check the work mode is set to self use

Forgot to mention

Shut the system down. Reset them switches on the batteries to off (down) restart the system. It will address the batteries during startup

This might sort it for you

Not to sure why your installer has used these switch’s.

Just make sure you get fox or your installer to update all the firmware to the same versions on you batteries and update the BMS firmware too or the system will not see the capacity of the batteries.
