It can be accessed via the mobile app or Ess Cloud if your account is setup as an installer account rather than a user account. But if your installer has used their account to access your inverter, you'll have to ask them to release it and they'll then lose access so may not allow this.

Added an external DC isolator for the PV panels as I wasn’t happy the DC cables go directly to the inverter, and whilst doing that I added DC surge protectors too.

Something not right there. You shouldn't be recharging from the grid during the day. Day discharge if there's no solar and recharge during the small hours on cheap rate, else there's no point recharging at all from the grid.

Using the Fox ESS Cloud access, I can see and monitor my system, I can set the force charge options and times. But I have no other access to set the system parameters. I presume this is because my account is an End User account? How can I get elevated access, presumably I need to have an installer ...

I've had my PV system installed, it's up and running, very happy with it.

H1-6.0-E Hybrid inverter
7.1kWp panels (18, with Tivo optimisers)
17.4kW Energy Cube battery (1x ECM2900 + 5x ECS2900)

It's wired for whole house EPS in the event of a grid outage with a manual changeover switch.
