Assuming you have been given some log in details already - make sure you are entering the username and password combination exactly as given - it is case sensitive.
It’s also better to log in to the Fox cloud website rather than the app as it often gives you better error messages - although that appears to suggest the username is incorrect - you’ll find that here https://www.foxesscloud.com/login

Ironically it’s much easier to set a charge period in the app, try logging into the V2 app with the same credentials you’ve used on the website, and you will find charge periods in ‘Quick Actions’ - set the time, set it to charge from grid and make sure the slider is enabled.
You can do it on the website but it’s harder to find, It’s under the ‘Device, Inverter’ screen and click the view option on the right hand side of the screen to get to the Inverter Details screen then click the top left where i’ve circled it in red next to battery - that also lets you set the charge period and click ‘save’ when complete.
