Please note after a recent update (13th September 2024) the OpenAPI (and consequently Energy Stats) are unable to set schedules, they return a 41200 error.

Fox ESS dev have been notified this morning (14th Sept), but it needs them to find, it fix it and turn around a solution so it may not work for a week or two - i’ll update if I know anymore.

Duplicating @Dave Foster post in the ES app area to help folks and making it sticky.

This was fixed by Fox on weds 18th sep. Some users are having similar errors but this appears to be linked to their specific account rather than a fundamental OpenAPI issue.

I'm receiving this error on the endpoint https://www.foxesscloud.com/op/v1/device/real/query

I'm calling this endpoint for my home automation. Is there any status page or such from foxess or official issue-tracker?

This was broken and then fixed again this morning. There is an unofficial status page at https://monitor.foxesscommunity.com/status/foxess
