Please note after a recent update (13th September 2024) the OpenAPI (and consequently Energy Stats) are unable to set schedules, they return a 41200 error.
Fox ESS dev have been notified this morning (14th Sept), but it needs them to find, it fix it and turn around a solution so it may not work for a week or two - i’ll update if I know anymore.
Duplicating @Dave Foster post in the ES app area to help folks and making it sticky.

This was fixed by Fox on weds 18th sep. Some users are having similar errors but this appears to be linked to their specific account rather than a fundamental OpenAPI issue.
Perfect thanks for the update

I'm receiving this error on the endpoint https://www.foxesscloud.com/op/v1/device/real/query
I'm calling this endpoint for my home automation. Is there any status page or such from foxess or official issue-tracker?

This was broken and then fixed again this morning. There is an unofficial status page at https://monitor.foxesscommunity.com/status/foxess
I am getting 41200 & 41203 error codes when using Energy Stats app.
Is anyone else getting the same?
Any suggestions as to what I need to do to rectify this? I am unable to Manage Schedules or get any Battery data.
I did a search on here & it appears there was a problem back in September 2024 but my Solar PV was only installed in April 2025!
Thanks for your help.

The Fox API has problems managing schedules between the Fox app and 3rd party systems. Unfortunately you have to just wait for a period of time (perhaps 3 hours) until the systems untangle themselves and you can control it again.
I'd suggest trying in the Fox app to control your system and if that doesn't work you'd need to raise a ticket with Fox.
