Any idea why this is happening or it is a temporary glitch in the system. My installer says he is unable to logt on as well. It has been working well up to now since connection last week.

Try not to worry. There are other posts on these forums and on the Fox Facebook groups from lots of other users all with the same issues you’re describing. And I’m one of them. The consensus is that Fox are doing work on their end and the result is both the Fox and Energy Stats apps are down. In the meantime as long as there are no error messages on the inverter itself, your system will be working as normal.Annscullamus wrote: Wed Oct 11, 2023 8:14 pm I have this problem too. The app was working perfectly well until a couple of days ago since when the Live Status is showing all the energy going to Load Power and none to the Grid. This is clearly incorrect as confirmed by the bottom "Overview" line chart.
Any advice on what the problem is and how I might rectify it would be welcome. I'm not a tecchie by the way !!!

Off the top of my head, this is usually indicative of the CT clamp being installed the wrong way round or in the wrong place, but if you can post those images it will help diagnose it - if you could also say which inverter it is solar only (F/S series), Hybrid with batteries (H/KH series).
