first post for me here. I have a problem with my setup, I can see from the web app and the cloud web interface that the datalogger is online but the battery is not and every data display values at 0.
Did you ever encountered something like this?
The inverter is an AC1-3.0-E.

Has it worked previously or have you only just had this installed? Is your battery charging / discharging? Any fault indicators on the invertor / BMS?

I had the same issue after installing last week. Raise a ticket with fox for firmware update as that fixed mine. Once they do the inverter they can then see the battery versions and should then offer to do this as well. They were quick to respond and it all came online in two days after taking the ticket. You can do it from the app or via the website.
