datalogger online, battery offline, no data

Hello everyone,
first post for me here. I have a problem with my setup, I can see from the web app and the cloud web interface that the datalogger is online but the battery is not and every data display values at 0.
Did you ever encountered something like this?
The inverter is an AC1-3.0-E.

Has it worked previously or have you only just had this installed? Is your battery charging / discharging? Any fault indicators on the invertor / BMS?

I had the same issue after installing last week. Raise a ticket with fox for firmware update as that fixed mine. Once they do the inverter they can then see the battery versions and should then offer to do this as well. They were quick to respond and it all came online in two days after taking the ticket. You can do it from the app or via the website.

Hello. I have a problem with the operation of the H3 10.0E.
The inverter has the latest firmware. In on-grid mode it works correctly, but when I connect the batteries (HV2600x8) it only works for a few minutes, then the inverter freezes and the battery is disconnected and an alarm occurs, after restarting the error message is only grid-volt-lost.

I can't get to the current firmware version on the BMS and battery, currently it runs on:
BMS 1.007
Battery 1.05

Can someone provide me with data for the USB upgrade?
