Re: Battery offline with no data
Mine has now come back online, but I had to go to "WLAN Configuration" and reconnect to my home network. Furthermore, the missing data from yesterday and this morning have now transferred across and are in the Energy Analysis charts.

This morning...
(1) App and Foxesscloud both show only one inverter and battery array
(2) Both data-loggers are showing but one does not identify the inverter it is attached to
(3) The data looks correct for the one inverter/battery combo. (it has charged and discharged as expected)
(4) Both inverter panels state 'normal' and their percentage figures and discharge rates match as expected
(5) The data-logger without an identified inverter has a flashing red light at half second frequency (which the manual says means "The IP has been acquired, but the handshake with the server was not successful."

No amount of pressing rest or rebooting changes the flashing rate.
:D I contacted my installer who spoke to FoxEss who recommended using THE ‘WLAN CONFIGURATION’ and reconnecting to the house network.
This worked immediately., and missing data has been restored too.
I see London2000 did the same thing.

The app is now refreshing every few seconds now too.
Re: Battery offline with no data
Glad to hear you both got it working after sorting out WLAN config, and posting back helps those that are still struggling to connect.

There is a modbus TCP option, but I can't figure out if my inverter doesn't support it, or Fox won't let it be enabled.
I believe if your inverter ends with '-WL' then you can use the modbus TCP option. It works for me :)

CheerZ..
I set this up yesterday as I have a WL inverter. I followed Will's guide here starting at 19:30. Just pick Direct LAN and put the ip address of the inverter when it prompts you.
Re: Battery offline with no data Again
Hi

Not sure if the same has happened again but system has all stopped reporting again. Just happened.

Working ok here, Cloud updated at 17:52, and I waited for 17:57 for it to upload to Cloud.
Try and wait it out 30-60mins, see if others report failure.
Re: Battery offline with no data
Working ok here in the UK
Re: Battery offline with no data
Hi

I am in the UK. The Inverter panel has no alarms and says Normal. The transponder item plugged into the inverter underneath ( sorry not sure what it's called) is pulsing red as normal.

Datalogger

To summize yesterday...

The data was being sent to Fox, apart from a small data loss (at least how I see the graphs)

They didn't allow the data to flow out to us, so we see empty graphs for hours (that later populated) and the Home/Grid/PV/Battery values went blank

Locally, the system carried on with it's prior stored instruction for work modes/programmed charges etc
