Not quite sure I understand (me being thick) but thought the top temperature was indicating at what temperature the heater is supposed to kick in (below 9c) and the bottom temperature when it switches off the heater when it's reached that temperature (15c)?
I can see in your new picture that the end points have changed
The top starting temperature you maybe have set like mine is, so 9°C and end point at 15°C
I was wondering if their code is so stupid that you can set a start temperature of say 12°C and end as 10°C which is lower.
It should do a test to see if the end point is lower than the start point and reject it, but as this is Fox.... see if it accepts min 12°C and max as 10°C if you can, save and exit app, open and check values. If it takes those stupid values, screenshot and share please, and send it off to Fox also if you can
