Hi Guys i have a KH10 inverter iwth 42kw batteries was wondering if there is a new firmware and where i can download it.

Well hopefully they do reply quickly, 2-3 days in some cases.

After I complained to Fox that battery warmup was not working properly, my KH10 Master firmware was updated to 1.58 today (same version as Manager). It's cold tonight so I will find out later if this makes any difference! When cold, the system seems very reluctant to use solar or stored energy (even when SOC>40%) and spontaneously starts to charge the battery from grid when its temperature falls to 3°C, which I can't control. I have EP12 batteries (with heater) but would prefer not to warm from grid at an expensive time of day.
I received a partial update today. Manager went to 1.58 but master is still 1.52. Lets see what happens tomorrow.
