New EP11 battery - Total Discharged Energy

I have just had a new EP11 10Kwh battery installed. The app is showing that the Total Discharged Energy is 936.9kWh. Surely if the battery is new this number should be close to zero? Am I being stupid?

Mine did indeed start close-to zero. That's interesting. Does the Total Charged Energy roughly match?

Total Charged Energy is 1.14MWh...so close.

I would perhaps send off a ticket to Fox Support, as they could check perhaps if the battery was registered to a previous "Plant" and explain the total kWh used is high.

In 10 months, I have 197 cycles (1.92 MWh)

Be interesting to hear what your installer/Fox have to say on the values you have.
