Hello
I've been happily using the Mode Scheduler function in the Fox mobile app to force charge/discharge whenever my energy provider gives an hour or two of free electricity, until today.
When I went to set and turn on the schedules, I noticed that the app had some strange values in the Minimum SOC field (3855%) and also wouldn't allow me to alter, add or delete any of the existing schedules.
Has anyone else experienced this, or knows how I can resolve the issue? I'm at a loss!
Thanks in advance
Cam
I had recent weird errors with scheduler changing values, seems a weird bug occurring between my Android phone and my son's Apple.

Might not be related to this at all, but could apply.
Given the values are somewhat stupid, I would restart system.
Then see if the values are sensible range, 10%-100%
You may also need to have the firmware updated, and probably not a bad idea.

A few people have complained about this today, some were able to change the values back to sensible numbers, some couldn’t - but i’m hearing that it may have been sorted by Fox in the cloud, can you confirm ?

Hi,
I had a FOX ESS battery and inverter installed last week.
Its mostly working well in the app. However I cant control charge or discharge. I have looked at various on line helps on here and other places and I think i have done everything OK.
I started off using the mode scheduler everything looked fine but the battery didn't do what I told it to do. I spoke to the installation company; Soly and they told me to go back to the more basic setting. I saved the settings toggled on and submitted, everything looks fine, but again the battery doesn't charge when I specify it.
For some reason the battery charges at about 9.50 every morning, which doesn't align with my Octopus Flux tariff.
I have seen references to the mode scheduler requiring a firmware upgrade, which I might need, but I cant even use the more basic settings.
I would like to check/update the firmware, how do you do that?
Any help is welcome.

You'll need to contact your installer to update your firmware.

Thanks for the response.
The installer is SOLY, they seemed quite helpful up until I paid them! They seem to be no longer responding. I will try again.
Regards,
James
