I have this problem too. The app shows error 412000 ‘query data’ not responding’ or something like that. I can't even get anything now. The desktop portal fails with an HTTP 500 error and the app overview yield page is blank.

Same has happened to me. No current data showing on either the app or desktop portal, and battery is showing offline. Only had the system in for two weeks. No idea what to do to get it back again. Anyone have any suggestions please?
