Thanks for the concise reply. My Eddi seemed to continue consuming power for longer than expected when the demand from other appliances dropped. Hello. Sorry if this has already been covered, but I can't find a solution. I have a hybrid inverter: Model: H1-6.0-E-G2, 1 Master battery, 2 slaves in a stack. Plus Eddi and myHarvi. It turns out the the username is case sensitive. After their support told me my user name, I realised what was wrong. I can login with my username, despite the space between first and surname.

I have the same problem, I cannot login to the website. I noticed that my User Name is my first name then a space, then my surname. Maybe the website cannot handle a space in the user name? I tried to make a new account and register the device again with a different email address and username ...
