Hi! For the last 3 days our panels haven’t registered any power yield (and we have recorded no export to Octopus Energy). We don’t have a battery and a 5.6 kw system.
There are 3 errors logged:
Error code 27 Grid Frequency Fault
Error code 26 Grid Voltage Fault
Error code 1 No Utility
I am currently on holiday so not physically on site but have the app.
Any suggestions about what has gone wrong and whether it can be resolved remotely?

Loss of export
Most likely the trip switch has tripped. Check your power supply to the inverter. I bet the in the fuse board you'll find a tripped fuse.
