Hi all,
My system (1 x 5.0 kW (S / H) - 3P / 1P FoxESS Inverter - H1 Series, 3x2.6kWh FoxESS batteries with BMS, 14x400W panels).
My dongle is flashing red slowly and the app says the dongle, the inverter and the batteries are "online".
However on the app's home screen, all data (on grid, battery, solar, home) show 0W.
Moreover, the battery seems not to discharge even when SoC shows 80-90% and it is the night (normally during the night, the battery would discharge to cover the home consumption).
I have checked the inverter screen directly and it says the same thing (all data (on grid, battery, solar, home) show 0W, SoC at 80-90%).
Finally we have checked our export/import data on our utility provider website (Octopus) and it looks like we are exporting all our solar production.
Looking at the historical data, this situation started on 19 February at ~4.30am (it took a while to realise as I was on leave for 2+ weeks).
Other weird thing is that from this date, the battery discharged slowly to 7% SoC and suddenly recharged to 100% on 5 March without any particular reason.
We have reset our inverter (turning off DC supply, AC supply and battery supply), we have reset our router, we have ensured the WiFi was set on 2.4GHz (not 5Ghz) and we have tried to relink the dongle to the network in the 2 ways possible:
• through the App by scanning the QR code on the dongle
• through a web browser on the 192.168.1.1 address
Each time the system told me the reconnection to our WiFi system was successful but the clients’ list on my router does not show the dongle and nothing changed: the situation is still the same as before as outlined above.
Can anybody help?
