10min Volt fault

Hi folks.

I have a FoxEss ME 3000SP AC Coupled Inverter with 2 HV2600 batteries.

For a fortnight now, after a network (wifi) outage, I have started receiving the error message “10min volt fault”. The battery shows a decent charge but the house runs from the grid. Sometimes it resets itself after a while but sometimes it stays offline for a long time.

I have done a couple full shutdown and restarts and it starts working but only to stop after sometime again with the error message. Any ideas which tree I should go bark at?

Many thanks.

Have a read of viewtopic.php?t=152, they had the same problem and managed to resolve it.

I did see it but didn’t read it.

Is that the same topic? It talks about grid fault. I wasn’t sure that is what I have.

It seems it's the same fault as the average grid voltage. I got more details by logging on to the foxess cloud via desktop. The app and inverter display didn't divulge much information. I will now close this topic.
