When accessing my installation through the web, I noticed that the options to configure my inverter’s settings have disappeared. Until about 4 or 5 days ago, I was able to adjust parameters such as safety maximum voltage, safety voltage verification time, etc., which are no longer available.
Could you please let me know if this has happened to anyone else and how I can regain access to those inverter configuration options?

Yes the V2 website used to (in error) allow access to all of the settings, but it has now had the access levels fixed.

Thank you for your reply, Dave. And how can I get access to the configuration of those parameters? Is it possible to change my user profile?
Let me explain my case: recently I had a problem with my installer because either he didn’t know how or didn’t want to make the adjustments… my inverter kept restarting constantly when reaching maximum production (error code 26)
After studying the installer manual myself, I found that the error could be caused by the default sampling frequency period when checking the voltage limits. That parameter was set at 150ms; I increased it to 600ms and my problems were solved. I reached this solution after two months of chasing the installer to get it done…
Having said all this, I kindly ask you to grant me installer profile access so I can configure all the parameters of my inverter.

We’re not Fox employees, just part of the community so that is most definitely outside of my abilities 
You can email Fox support and ask them, but they can be a bit fussy about self managed systems.
If you are prepared to buy a new datalogger you can replace the existing one, create a new agent account and bind the datalogger to that account - it will then show the inverter in that account with agent level access.
