Power flows scrambled
Since last night the power flows from Foxess have been behaving bizzarely, whether viewed on Foxess app, website or Energy Stats app. Last night when force charging the app showed the energy all going to load, and none to battery, although the battery was actually charging. This morning there is no solar production showing. It is set to feed-in priority and lthough energy is being exported, the display suggests this is coming from the load and battery. I don't know if it is related, but yesterday a Foce Charge session failed. I discovered that the Max SOC had been set to 10% in most of the strategy periods (not by me). When I changed this to 100% it resumed charging. Is this just me, or is there a wider issue?
Re: Power flows scrambled
Can you post an image that shows what the power flows look like at the moment - has any work been done on the system recently, a new smart meter installed, a firmware update etc.. ?
Re: Power flows scrambled
We had a new smart meter in June, but that has been working fine.

I did request a firmware update from my installer a couple of weeks ago. Not sure if and when this was applied, as I never had a reply from them. Inverter is H1-5.0-E, current firmware manager 1.78, master 1.70, slave 1.02. 3xMira HV25 batteries.

No other change to system, which had been working normally until yesterday evening

I think I have included a link to a screenshot, but I'm new at this, so let me know if I've not done it correctly.

Re: Power flows scrambled
Ok thanks, I can’t see the image - if you click below the post on ‘Attachments’ then ‘Add files’ it will give you the option to take from photos (if you are on mobile) or a location if it’s a laptop/desktop - select the photo and add it and it will be shown at the bottom of your post.

I suspect from what you have said that a firmware upgrade may have disabled your CT clamp in the settings but could do with that image to be sure (you can also check at your inverter panel in Settings, Feature, Meter/CT it should show ‘CT’)

I have looked at the inverter paneal and I think I have reconnected the CT clamp. The power flows seem to be back to normal

Thanks very much for your help
