H1-gen2 using a W6 model datalogger, do not update to 1.07, as there is a firmware bug that prevents cloud communication, similar to the issue I observed in the WW logger software a month ago. hold on 1.06 until 1.08 is out.

To avoid this issue, make sure you update the manager firmware to 1.54 or later before you update the logger firmware.

If you have a problem, simply upgarde the manager version to latest which resovles it or downgrade the logger version.

Won’t let me upgrade the manager version as says the inverter is offline and can’t see a way to downgrade the logger version

Been offline since yesterday. Done a full restart and all sowing as normal on the front panel but won’t show as connected on the app.

I would drop fox support a message and see if they can downgrade you or resolve it remotely.

So they sent me out a new datalogger. Plugged it but its says its not associated with an inverter. Help!!!!!
