Foxcloud
Hello, I have a 6kW installation with a hybrid inverter and battery.
For several days, the data on the Foxcloud 2.0 application has been giving me incorrect values in daytime mode. The incorrect values are for my consumption and my return to EDF. The correct values are only those of the solar panel production. Is there a bug? Is there a fix planned soon? Thank you
Re: Foxcloud
I’m not aware of any issues with the Foxcloud at the moment, if you think it is reading incorrectly can you share some specific measurements and post the apps (load, solar, battery, grid) graph.

Re: Foxcloud
That looks as if there is a problem with your CT (or meter if fitted), you should never see a negative load as you are seeing.

Do you have a second solar inverter?, if you do there should be a second CT clamp fitted to that to it's output to make sure the load is calculated correctly.

I think a good start would be to shut down and restart the inverter to make sure that the 'manager/ARM' has not hung up.

Once it has restarted if you are still seeing unusual load numbers, I would investigate whether there has been any disturbance where you CT is fitted (this could be a meter for your installation, usually Chint DTDU666)
Re: Foxcloud
Thank you for your interest in my problem, but I've already restarted the entire system and it hasn't changed anything.
What I don't understand is why the data is good with Foxcloud 1.5, but it hasn't been good with Foxcloud 2 for three days. For me, it's not a problem sending information; it's more a report from Fox that isn't good.
