Hello everyone,
I need some information. I know it's indicated in the technical documentation, but I'm not knowledgeable enough to be sure. I'm installing a solar tracker on the second MPPT of my H1-G6-E-G2 inverter. Will 4 24V solar panels be enough to start the inverter? I don't quite understand its minimum voltage.
Thank you for your answers.
The specs say 75V minimum startup, i’ve found that 3 panels @ 32V (96V) is close but it does work, but I recommend adding another panel if at all possible particularly if there is shading as it might reduce a panels output.
In your case 4 * 24V panels is the same (96V) so it should work ok but if you have any option to increase the number of panels I would do so.

Got it, I am limited by size so I will look for slightly lower power panels that are smaller to add one or two more, thank you.

Have you looked at high voltage panels?
For example, the REC Alpha PureR or PureRX. The Pure-R is around 50v. The extra voltage should help. If I recall correctly the RX is physically a little bigger than the R so depending on the space available, one might be better than the other.

I'm doing some research, but I don't understand all the data. I recently found some panels with this as an indication: Voltage at MPP* Umpp [V] 44.06.
Does that mean it outputs 44V when operating?
