Hi
i'm have a few issues with the App
Firstly the APP seems to recently now always be showing as if the battery discharging at a low wattage eg 37w discharge. I have a energy monitor which also has a ct on the invertor feed supply so i know when its actually discharging and charging etc so not sure why its continually showing discharging ! This has only started happening over the last couple of weeks.
I have shutdown the invertor and isolated the batteries and then reset and started up again , which has sorted some other APP issues in the past but not this time.
also
I have the following setup under the Mode Scheduler.
i'm on Intelligent Octopus Go with a low rate tariff for car charging which also charges my battery , if required.
also
I'm on Outgoing Octopus with fixed rate export.
My mode scheduler has been set up with a forced discharge set for late evening to min SOC 15%
and a forced charge during the 0100 to 0500 cheap rate during the car charge period.
Up until a few weeks ago this has been working well but now is intermittent working.
i also tried adding in additional schedules 1 for additional charge period and also an additional forced discharge - they dont work at all - these were out with the times on the others so shouldnt have been a conflict. Is there a limit on number of Schedules that can be setup that i'm not aware of ?
lastly my ESS cloud site wont load up on either of my apple PCs - again hasnt been an issue with this in the past
appreciate any assistance and advice
thanks

Hi
As an update i now have access to the iCloud v1 and v2
My scheduler (within the APP) is setup for charge during early morning (cheap rate) and discharge late evening (Export rate).
In June this worked with no issues but in July this has stopped working. I have shutdown the invertor and isolated the batteries and then restarted hoping this would make a difference and also removed the original schedule setups in the App and then re-created then but none of these have worked and the scheduler still doesnt work.
i have uploaded a couple of examples from June and July to show the difference
appreciate any advice on how i can get this back working again.

I'm not seeing any examples in the post, to attach a photo click on the 'Attachments' tab below the post, click 'Add files' and that will let you upload files and include them in your posts.
If the 'manager' had crashed the full restart of the inverter would have cleared it, if it's easier can you list all the items in your daily schedule i.e. time period, force charge, minsoc, maxsoc - the schedule needs to be enabled (in the app it should say 'Enable' next to Mode Scheduler) and each item in the schedule should have the toggle switch turned on.

Thanks Dave
Hopefully you can see the attachments this time. I have also included a screen shot of the app showing the enabled under scheduler and also the charge and discharge setups

Hmmm, there’s no evidence of any battery charge / discharge or inverter output in the late July graph.
When you look at the actual inverter screen itself, does it show any power flowing, and is there an SoC visible - is the red exclamation light showing ?
It seems as if the inverter is ‘stopped’ and not providing output - On the inverter if you long press the ‘tick’ key (it is an 'enter' sign on early inverters... second from right), does it say 'Start' ? if it does press ‘tick’ again and the inverter will start. If it says stop, press the return key to exit from the screen.

Hi Dave
SOC shown and charges up when my grid solar is in operation etc and drops when being used.
NO RED exclamation light
on the invertor after access on the tick button shows "START"
Front panel shows "NORMAL"

In addition see attached todays iCloud graphs
Early Grid consumption is related to Car charging
SoC increase is from Grid tied Solar charging, surprised this is not also showing in Feed-In Power !

Hi Dave
as an update i since shut off the "Mode scheduler" and set up a force time charge from grid to check this still worked - it worked fine. Then i shutdown the system and started up again and re-enabled
the last 2 days this is back working again
unsure what the issue was and feel it will likely happen again but working again for now.
thanks for the assistance

Thanks for the feedback, that is a strange one - it sounds more like some of the issues with earlier firmware.
I don't recall whether you have had them updated but if you haven't could you post your Master and Manager(ARM) versions and i'll look up the latest.
