Good morning , i have a two Fox ESS LV52 batterys fitted to a Solis S6-EA1P(3-6)K-L Hybrid inverter , i want to fit 2 more batterys myself , according to Fox instructions they are straight forward meaning plug and go , would i need to reset inverter ????? thanks.

Assuming you can source and buy the LV52 as they've been out of production for a while, then yes, shutdown everything, connect it all together and double check the settings. The voltage doesn't change with the LV batteries as they're parallel connected but always worth ensuring the current settings are within the fox spec to avoid battery damage. Unless your inverter has a Fox profile that is pre configured.

Thank you for your reply Will , you say these batteries have been out of production for a while , i only had the first two fitted this April by a company !!! , they are ESS LV52 not ESS LV5200 and for sale on the internet from ECO super market , Powerland ect .
So fitting them is straight forward , just shut down , plug in and restart ?
