Hi all

I had my kit installed on Friday and seem to have killed the summer!

I am now the proud owner of the following
Fox ESS H1-3.7-E-G2
Fox ESS EP11 10.36kWh
16 x 440W panels split 8 each side of my NE/SW roof

It seems to be happily working away. I've generated 37.3 kWh so far, despite some hefty cloud cover and torrential rain. My battery is full and I've exported 23kWh.

At the moment I'm getting my head around how it all works and where to ask questions.

My first question, having set up my accoun with Fox ESS and installed the FoxCloud app is why do my account login details not work on the website? I can't imagine they would require separate details, but I just get an error saying my info is incorrect. Are these two completely separate accounts?

Hello,

First of all, welcome! We're excited to have you part of the community.
The Fox site uses the same login details as the mobile app, so it's most likely that there is an error with what you're entering. Check for any spaces before or after the username or password, it must be exact and is case sensitive so capitals in usernames for examples are common reasons for login issues.
