I had Fox EP11 Battery and Fox H1-3.0-E-G2 Hybrid Inverter installed yesterday.
Inverter is connected to a single string of 6 x 510W PV Panels.
Already installed at the property are 11 x 410W PV Panels connected to my supply by a Solis Inverter.
I have set up a Forced Charge on the Battery to take advantage of lower tarriff overnight.
I checked the Fox Cloud 2.0 app this morning at 5:45 am, it showed 94% charge, but that the battery was discharging at 3kW, and the house was drawing a 3 kW load.
With no applicance, heating, EV or hot water running at that time, I cannot understand the 3kW load value.
To double check this, I switched off everything at my distribution board, and the app was still showing 3kW load.
The battery is now down to 26% at 8:25 am.
Has the battery discharged to GRID ?
Have the CT clamps (x2) been placed correctly ?
How do I stop this discharge to GRID ?
Additional notes :
I have checked the Alarm History, and there are four CODE-240 Manger fail to detect the CT alarms, between 22:12 and 05:27.
Need to see more information to diagnose, it could be CT placement - on the app’s main page can you swipe left and post an image of the graph at the bottom of the page (load, grid, battery, solar) for the same time period
I would get your installer back, they've not setup your meter/ct correctly and clearly didn't test it before they left if the first time you charge it your system dumps it to grid.

The glitch just before 8am is where I removed one of the CT clamps to check the orientation. I wasn’t 100% sure , so placed it back how I found it.
