I am seeking your support regarding the installation of my Fox ESS system (Model: Fox ESS H3 10.0) in combination with the EK5 storage unit.
I am experiencing the following issue with the PCS-BMS cable:
The cable was successfully connected on the battery side.
The RJ45 connector fits perfectly on the inverter side.
However, the nut (screw) does not fit onto the connection in the inverter. I am unable to secure it because it either does not align properly or does not fit onto the port.
I am unsure if I am doing something wrong or if this is a known issue. Could you please advise if there are specific instructions for securing this connection or if a replacement part might be necessary?
I would appreciate your prompt assistance.
Thank you very much.
I assume you mean the earth cable, make sure you're using the correct screw as they are two sizes of screws in the package and people get some mixed up all the time.
