Following a change of router (VM Hub 3.0 to Hub 5.0), the datalogger lost its Wifi connection. Because I was away, it was some 2 weeks before I managed to reconnect the datalogger to the new Wifi (yesterday).
Since reconnecting the datalogger to the Wifi, some recent data from the last few days has appeared in the FoxCloud app (and in my online account) but I am still missing about 10 days worth of data.
My question is whether that data is lost forever ?
Or should I be able to recover it, and if so, how ?
Grateful for any advice on this issue please.

If the inverter is disconnected from the cloud it cannot send the 5 minute date samples, it can remember a few days of statistics but if you were disconnected for 2 weeks unfortunately the data for that period will be lost.
Thank you, I guessed as much.
