41340-EV CHARGER-No valid verified SN
My L-Series EV-Charger has disappeared from the FOXESS Cloud App and the Cloud Website.

When trying to re-add via app I get "Invalid SN ***MY*SN***. Try again or contact your installer."
When trying via website I get "41340-EV CHARGER-No valid verified SN".

My installer cannot fix it, and I have an open ticket with the FOXESS support since May 26th, which doesn't see progress, despite even calling per phone.

Does someone else have this problem, knows this problem, and most importantly knows how to fix it?

I would email fox again quoting your support case id and ask them for an update. Your installer should really be owning the resolution and not leaving it to you.

No, that's really not my installer's problem. Was standing next to him a few times, when he contacted the Fox support and tried to resolve cloud problems. He was just talking to exactly the same people as me. This seems to be a Fox problem who seem to have serious problems to properly operate this cloud. Why should I bother someone who really can't do anything about the situation? If I'd wanted to blame him for something, then for choosing a company forcing a cloud solution upon their customers, while not being able to operate it. But then there are two to this game: Him, who proposed this solution, and I who accepted it.
