AC1-5.0-E-G2 export allowed or not?
I have recently had installed the above inverter (1ph) with EQ4300 battery stack, 5- slaves.

The inverter states storage, will it talk to my solar panel array and allow export or has the wrong inverter been fitted.

Any help/guidance much appreciated.
Re: AC1-5.0-E-G2 export allowed or not?
If you already have a solar array fitted that will continue to work as it did before generating power which will firstly cover your house load and then export any unused power.
The AC1 is a battery storage inverter that will make use of that export to charge it’s batteries and the stored energy will then be used to run the house when the sun is not shining.
There are many options for how you can configure it but out of the box any unused export will be used to charge the batteries, it can also be set to charge the batteries from grid overnight on a low tariff such as Eco7 or and EV tariff.
I’m assuming your installer has set you up with the Fox app where you can see all of the real time power flows, battery state, work mode etc.. - without that you will be mostly running blind.
