Hello, I have a question about the ECS2900 battery warranty policy.
Does anyone know why Germany have a different warranty policy?
Source: https://www.fox-ess.com/download/
ECS2900 battery warranty policy:
Energy throughput for Germany 8.35MWh versus for European Union 12.15MWh.
BATTERY WARRANTY (EU)
ECS2900 (10 years) 2.88kWh 12.15MWh
ECS BATTERY WARRANTY (DE)
ECS2900 (10 years) 2.88kWh 8.35MWh
Hope you can help
Kind regards
Thomas
I know they enhanced the warranty last year by increasing it, is it possible the German warranty terms doc just hasn't been updated yet?
It might be worth dropping the german support team an email and asking, if you can update this thread for other users once you hear back.

The response from the fox ess german support team is:
"The European battery warrenty Police apply, including for Germany"
"The European battery warrenty Police apply, including for Germany"
seems to suggest you get the updated longer warranty, then.which is good.
