wifi -v- 4G dongles?
Hi all.
I've just ordered 7200w panels, 6kW H1 G2 inverter and 2 EP11 10kW batteries (UK).
My question is I need to decide on either the wifi dongle or a 4G dongle. Although there are no issues with wifi coverage, my thoughts are if in the event of a broadband outage (which does happen, but infrequently) I will still be able to change/monitor the system with 4G.
But I'm not sure if there are any downsides, what are peoples thoughts?

Thanks

I would personally go with the Wifi dongle. In the event of an internet outage, you can still adjust settings on the inverter panel directly. Once the free period is over on the 4G dongle the ongoing costs aren't worth it.
