H1_G2_Manager_V1.5 - two systems offline following firmware update

Hello, I updated two customers firmware to H1_G2_Manager_V1.53 but since then they have been showing as offline.
The dongle itself is showing online but not the inverter or batteries.

Both systems are operating normally from the display on the inverter.

I've tried a physical reboot with no luck

Hello,

I also have 3 customers with the same issue. Please report it to fox support so they can resolve the bug in the firmware for you.

I also have other H1 Gen2 running the latest firmware without issue. The difference is the system using the WW model datalogger are the ones with the issue. Can you confirm what logger version your systems are using?

Hi,

thanks for the reply, I have reported the issue to fox. I updated 3 inverters together, the only one that came back online as normal was the one with the W4 data logger. The 2 that have failed have the WW logger

Confirms my thoughts that the WW loggers are the problem with this software.
