Hi all,
I have recently had solar/battery installed and cant seem to get Hive and the inverter to talk with each other. After doing some digging around I suspect it may be a firmware issue. I was wondering if anyone could confirm or clear up the following information.
Guidance from Hive states minimum firmware versions:
-KH-Series: Master 1.41, Manager 1.40
-H1-G2 Series: Manager 1.49
I have checked my system info on the inverter (Inv Ver) and have the following information:
Model: H1-5.0-E
Master: 1.48
Slave: 1.02
Comm: 1.49
My question is Which one is the Manager, is it the Master 1.48 or Comm 1.49. This might explain why Hive is not returning any information, as everything appears to working normally. The FoxESS Cloud 2.0 app is working fine.
Thanks in advance.

I can't help with the HIVE integration I have no experience there, but I can say that 'Manager' is also known as 'Comms' and 'ARM' so your 'Manager' version is at the required 1.49
The current versions for an H1 (i'm assuming you are a Gen 2 i.e. a newer installation), the firmware is Master 1.35, Slave 1.03, Manager (ARM/Comms) 1.52
