Delete time periods/overlapping time slots in manual scheduler?

Is there a way to delete a time period in the manual scheduler?

After I create one there doesn't appear to be a way to delete it.
This wouldn't be too much of an issue if when you toggled tit to inactive the time period slot became available but even when disabled the app doesn't allow overlapping time slots so managing the scheduler is clunky.

Is it possible to either allow deleting of time slots and/or freeing up the time slot when it is disabled so it doesn't create an error message when the time overlaps with an active time slot?
