Hello sorry if this is a silly question but I’m a complete novice to all this!
I am wondering why my battery is discharging from 100% down to 20% every day and at the same time it looks like I’m importing from the grid when I have nothing using much power on in my house.
Yesterday it seemed to drain down to 20% and then recharge from the grid which costed me more.
I might be completely wrong and I would appreciate a little help.

If the battery is not force charged to full regually the bms can get out of calibration. When did you last do a from grid force charge to 100%?

Hi Will thanks for your reply. I’ve only had the system up and running for two weeks and I have never done a force charge. As this was only set up a few weeks ago I presumed it would all be working as it should. Do you think this is something I should do then?
Like I say I’m very new to this.

I'd suggest - at least once a week, make sure you hit 100%. At least once a month, make sure you hit 10% (i.e., down to the reserve).
I set up an automation to do it for me. Many people will just hit these limits routinely as a result of their charging / discharging schedules.
