Hi all
New user. Thanks for having me.
I’ve a new EP5 battery. Installer left about 2 hours ago.
Seems like the battery is charging but not discharging.
Right now it’s dusk and my inverter displays:
Power 20W
SoC 100%
=== Battery ====
U 200.4V
I 0.0A
P 13W
==== Solar ====
220V (fluctuating up and down, it’s dusk after all)
I1 0.0A
P1 1W
===== Grid =====
U/I 243.9V/0.6A
Pout 21W
Pgrid -2500W (fluctuating up and down, I’ve just turned the electric oven on)
I’m expecting the battery to be depleting with the use from the house. Any ideas how I can troubleshoot?
UPDATE: Nope, still getting no power. Display says SoC 100%. Smart meter says we’re pulling down from the grid.

Do you have the V2 app setup?, could really do with seeing an image of the ‘house’ screen which shows your current load, grid, battery
It will also show your workmode which should be Self Use for normal running conditions.
Finally the Quick Settings screen will show whether you have any charge periods set, what you minsoc and battery reserve are set to (should be 10%) and also whether any schedules have been set.
