Just reading stuff on the Facebook group about min SOC and most people setting it at 10% (some 15% so no dips below 10%). I only had mine installed a few weeks ago and the installer said with 5Kw of battery (2 batteries) the min SOC should be 20%. They did say with more batteries the min SOC could be 10%.
Obviously I don't want to reduce the life expectancy of my batteries or void the warranty - so what do you think min SOC should be set at with 2 x HV25 batteries?

I'm not sure why they said that, they may have some operational experience, perhaps related to older firmware releases, but as a rule I would say only set 20% during winter months, and the rest of the time set them to 10% and use the full range of the batteries (Foxess rate them at 90% DoD) - you've paid for it, you should use it
