The app, v 2.1.37 has been down for 6 days.
Cloud showing off line on data logger, so no system data
Dongle is flashing rapidly red.
System is working as I can see data in the Eddy app.
I have turned router on and off again.
Any ideas??

Your data logger has lost it's connection to the wifi - and if you haven't changed any wifi / router settings in the house then it likely just needs a reset. It can be a bit fiddly as you have to unscrew the collar, then pull it down and out - leave it 10 seconds and plug it back in and tighten the collar. If it is really fiddly to do that, the only other way is to do the full system shut down and restart which basically removes power and starts it up again.
