App offline, data in cloud off line

The app, v 2.1.37 has been down for 6 days.

Cloud showing off line on data logger, so no system data

Dongle is flashing rapidly red.

System is working as I can see data in the Eddy app.

I have turned router on and off again.

Any ideas??

Your data logger has lost it's connection to the wifi - and if you haven't changed any wifi / router settings in the house then it likely just needs a reset. It can be a bit fiddly as you have to unscrew the collar, then pull it down and out - leave it 10 seconds and plug it back in and tighten the collar. It should settle down to a slow (1 second) flash after a minute and within 10 minutes the cloud should show as on-line.

If it is really fiddly to do that, the only other way is to do the full system shut down and restart which basically removes power and starts it up again.
