FoxCloud 2.0 App - Grid Side Data Metrics Not Available

Hi everyone,

This is my first posting to this forum and hoping to get some help on an issue I am facing with the FoxCloud 2.0 app. A bit of background, I have an on-grid 15.2 KW system with the FOX T15-G3 inverter. We had the system installed and later added on the chint smart energy meter w/ CT clamps for detailed monitoring.

In the app I find all metrics tracked for the daily section in the data screen, with PV generation, Load and Grid export/import. However, the same data values are not aggregated and displayed in the month, year and lifetime sections/graphs. I have attached relevant screenshots from the app, the app shows filters for PV, Load and Grid data points but they are not available. I have contacted my installers but could not figure out what the reason could be.

What are the possible reasons for such behavior and what are the possible steps for ratification? Thanks in advance.

System details:
Inverter: FOX T15-G3
PV capacity: 15.2 KW
Sys Type: On-Grid
Smart energy meter: CHINT DTSU-666

Just to say, our 5kw pv-only F5000 is the same: you can see ongoing values on the Home Screen and on the aggregate Day tab - but Month, Year and Lifetime show only the solar total.

Thank you for your reply. I see that you also have the same metrics as me. However, I have seen a couple of photos online with the month and yearly grid and load side metrics available, leading me to believe that it may be a configuration issue as the tool-tip window in the screenshot you have provided also has fields for such information but not populated.

I am looking for some information if these metrics are even available, maybe from the installer side setting? I see this information as much more useful than single day instantaneous values, but more information would be great.
