Hi
I'm using the online PC Fox Icloud and wondered if there was somewhere i could find more details on the various screens andon the data graphs and data descriptions etc
eg difference between output power , discharge power, FEED-In power but there are others.
Is there a Glossary that can be refered too.
thanks
Fox icloud and understanding the graph and data terms

There are no obvious glossaries, but this post from some time ago might help a bit viewtopic.php?p=2971&hilit=yield#p2971
And there is this for the V2 app https://github.com/TonyM1958/FoxESS-Clo ... Fox-App-v2
If you haven't already got it, I would suggest getting the Energy Stats app which is written by a community member (Al Priest) and it is widely accepted as the easiest to use and understand.
If you have an iOS device you can get it here https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/energy-stats/id1644492526 or if you have an Android device it is here https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... nergystats

Gents,
following on from the previous post .
i currently have "Feed-In" out to the grid from grid tied Solar when my battery is showing SOC 18%. There is no other loading on the house so i would have thought the solar would have started to charge the battery rather than export to grid (FEED-In).
I currently have enable charge from grid to from 1am to 3 am and No grid charge from 11.00 to 23.00.
i would have thought that the "FEED-in" to grid would only occur when the Battery was at 100% and no capacity for spare grid tied Solar to charge. There was a period from 09.00 to 11.00 that the solar did start to charge the battery during this period but started from 12 ongoing.

appreciate any assistance on this

If the inverter is in Feed-in work mode, any solar will cover house load first and the remainder will export to the grid.martint007 wrote: Thu Feb 06, 2025 1:56 pm Gents,

If you want to charge the battery before exporting to the grid, select Self-Use workmode.
If you are in Self-Use work mode and have set a charge period with ‘no grid charge’ enabled, the battery will not allow itself to discharge but it will charge from solar.
