My installer recommended a min SOC of 20% (to maximise their life) although all Fox's literature appears to suggest 10%. I've got an Ep11, with a notional capacity of 10.3kWh, so 10% makes quite a difference. I've had the system for about 3 weeks.
Am I taking a risk by reducing min SOC to 10%?
Any advice gratefully received.
Min SOC 10% or 20%?

No the batteries are rated at 90% depth of discharge, so a 10% minsoc is perfectly fine.
Some people raise the minsoc slightly (15-20%) in winter when the batteries are more exposed to low temperatures but other than that it is best to set them to 10%
