My system, which includes a Smart Meter and a Smart Gateway Thaleos, is functioning properly. However, when attempting to create my site on the Fox-ESS Cloud platform, I encounter an issue: the serial number (SN) of my inverter is marked as invalid. The system displays the following error: "41931 - No valid verified SN."

So you're either not scanning the correct QR code which should be the one on the datalogger normally or that serial has already been used. The serial can only be registered once. I'd check with your installer if they created you an end user account.

I created a site and then deleted it to recreate it, but I was unable to enter the serial numbers of either the Smart Gateway or the microinverters.

Hi, I'm jumping on here with similar issue, I'm trying to create an online account at https://www.foxesscloud.com but it rejects the serial number that is in use on the phone app. I'm trying to find out why the app doesn't display many of the items it shows in the YouTube video and was hoping to discover more data etc with an online account.

Thanks!

If you have the app already registered you just need to login using the same credentials (username and password ) that you use for that.

Hi Dave, thanks for your reply, it's not recognising the password so I thought I had to set up a new account. I'll reset the password and see if that does the trick ...
