Error code 222
Hi - I have had this error code 222 for 3 days now. I have tried everything the installers suggested but with no success. Seems they have now flagged this up to FOX but think FOX may still be closed for holidays. At least I seem not to be the only one with this problem!!?? We have only had our system a few months and this is the first problem. Wondered if anyone has any other information please. Thanks.

Hi - I have Longi panels FOX ESS SP5 and FIX battery - if that is what you mean. I'm not too good with the technology!
Power SoC Off Mode is what it says on the Inverter
CODE 222 INVERTER is what comes up on the app on the phone.

It might be cold weather related to turn off the battery wait 10 seconds, turn it back on and then press and hold the enter key until it says START? and click enter until you see it accept the command. Then wait and see if the battery connects.
You'll know when the battery is connected and working because on the screen of the inverter is will say SoC = then a percentage number. If it still says N/A then you need to contact your installer.

Hi = I have turned the battery off then on.
I no longer have the 222 error code which I guess is something!
The inverter display now says...
Power 0W
SoC 0%
Off Mode
followed by date and time.
Hopefully I am getting there??

you need to start the inverter by holding the Check button thrid one from the left, then when it says start? press enter twice.

We have an Error Code 222. Our mobile app is saying everything is off line. Has there been a software update? We have no handbooks so have no idea if there is away of removing the error code and getting back online. Having contacted the installer this morning we have had no response from them.
We have two batteries, and an inverter.
