Octopus Agile Mode Scheduler fails to charge next day following evening charge

I have a Hybrid Inverter:
Model: H1-6.0-E-G2
Master: 1.29
Slave: 1.02
Manager: 1.44

I use Octopus Agile Mode Scheduler timeslot mode to charge the battery during the cheapest period.
I noticed that if I had a charging period in the evening, eg. 22:30-23:00, then the scheduler fails to setup the charging periods the next day.
Eg. It won't charge after midnight, when a new day has started.

I suspect that there is a software bug where it cannot cope with charging schedules spanning 2 different dates or something.

Has anyone got any advice?
Many thanks.

I don't use the Agile mode myself so can't offer any advice but Fox have said if you can demonstrate the problem in a repeatable way which it sounds like you can (rather than just sometimes it doesn't work), then to raise a ticket with their service desk for them to investigate.

Thanks for the advice. Do you know how I can raise a service ticket with them?

If you have the latest version of the V2 app you can click on ‘me’ at the bottom then Contact Us, then Support and you can ad details there or alternatively email fox uk service on service.uk@fox-ess.com - make sure you add your inverter serial number and explain it is a repeatable problem with their agile application.

I didn't get a reply from them, but perhaps my firmware has now been updated by them, because now I have Manager: 1.48.
Is there a way to detect when a firmware updated has occurred?
I thought that my Manager version was 1.44 this morning.
It will be interesting to see if the Agile Mode Scheduler will work correctly now.

They usually take 24-48 hours to respond, with agile they may need to get their R&D team to look at it which might take a bit longer.

There's no easy way to tell when your firmware was updated, i've just checked and that is the very latest version of Manager for the G2 inverter so it will be interesting to see how that performs.
