Ambiguous firmware Inverter H3-10.0-E

Fox informed me that my inverter which had an old version of the firmware was remotely updated to the latest version.
Checking from various places, as per the photo, I don't understand if the update was actually successful since I always see the old version from many places.
Has something similar happened to anyone?

I've never seen that before on the inverter screen, but I do know they have changed the way they store the version numbers in memory as we've had something similar when reading from modbus.
The V2 app is showing the correct version numbers - try logging into the Foxcloud website and look on the Inverter Details page (near the top where it shows your inverter serial number, click the drop down arrow) see if that confirms what the V2 app.

Thanks, on the cloud screen it shows the old version, only the 2.0 app shows the new version, I don't understand if the update is real or something didn't work

Ok, I think I would get back in touch with Fox and ask them to check your versions, something isn’t correct - possibly a shut down and restart would fix it but best to check it with Fox
